Who you are buying from

What the shop sells

Books, in Arabic and English editions, delivered within the United States. Each listing says what it includes.

Prices and paying

Prices are the full price you pay, apart from the delivery charge on goods, which is shown in your cart before you pay.

You can pay by card on Stripe's page, or in cash when goods are delivered or at the service. The shop does not receive or store your card number. A card sale is made when the payment goes through; a cash order is placed when you confirm it, and Dr. Suleiman marks it paid when the cash is received. You then get an email, and the order appears under Orders when you are signed in.

Services

A service is a booking for Dr. Suleiman's time (for example a talk or a signing) on a date you prefer. The date you choose is a preferred date, not a confirmed appointment: Dr. Suleiman contacts you to agree the time. Final arrangements and any third-party costs are agreed with you before the day.

Your rights

If a book you receive is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the consumer law of your state gives you.

Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You can ask Dr. Suleiman to remove your account at any time (see privacy).
